Guangdong University of Technology (GDUT) is a multi-disciplinary university engaging with the international community. In the last 50 years the university has become a key educational and research institution in Guangdong province in Southern China with a reputation for producing highly qualified and respected graduates.
The "Laboratoire de Thermocinétique de Nantes (LTN)" is one of the seven laboratories of Polytech Nantes engineering school of the Nantes University.
The LTN is a joint research unit of the University of Nantes and the CNRS. The staff of the laboratory is about 70 people. Since its foundation in 1967, the unit has a strong identity in thermal sciences, recognized as such in national and international level and by the industrial world.
The laboratory is located in an engineering school in the heart of the INSIS Institute of CNRS. The scientific and technological hurdles that we seek to raise are of course raised by the applications. Our environment is conducive to the development of a dynamic which relied on the classic triptych teaching-research-industry.
